These terms and conditions apply between you, the user of this Website and Stephanie Brumpton trading as SJB Pilates and Mobility, the owner and operator of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they may affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions will start the first time you use the Website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should stop using the website immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

1. All content included on the Website is the property of Stephanie Brumpton trading as SJB Pilates and Mobility. Content means any text, graphics. In these terms and conditions, Content means any images, audio video, software and any other form of information capable of being strored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights

2. You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only retrieve, display and view the Content on a computer screen

3. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without written permission of Stephane Brumpton trading as SJB Pilates and Mobility

Account Registration

1. To use the Service Users will be asked to create a password which should be kept confidential and not disclosed or shared with anyone. By registering, Users agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password.
2. Failure to do so will cause unavailability of the service.

Contract Duration

Subscriptions
1. Subscriptions allow Users to receive a Product continuously over a determined period of time
2. Paid subscriptions begin on the day the payment is received by the owner.

Fixed-term subscriptions
3. Paid fixed-term subscriptions start on the day the payment is received by the Owner and last for the subscription period specified during the purchasing process.
4. Once the subscription period expires, the Product shall no longer be accessible, unless the User renews the subscription by paying the relevant fee.
5. Fixed-term subscriptions may not be terminated prematurely and shall run out upon expiration of the subscription term.

Automatic renewal
6. Subscriptions are automatically renewed through the payment method the Users chose during purchase.
Termination and Notice
7. Recurring subscriptions may be terminated at any time by sending a clear and unambiguous termination notice to the Owner using the contact details provided in this document.
8. If the notice of termination is received by the Owner before the subscription renews, the termination shall take effect as soon as the current period is completed.
Methods of payment
9. All payments are independently processed through third-party services. Therefore, SJB Pilates and Mobility does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed. If payment through the available methods fail or is refused by the payment service provider, the Owner shall be under no obligation to fulfil the purchase order. Any possible costs or fees resulting from the failed or refused payment shall be borne by the User.

AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE AND DISCLAIMERS

10. Any online facilities, tools, services or information that Stephanie Brumpton trading as SJB Pilates and Mobility makes available through the Website is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the service will be free of defects and or faults.
11. Stephanie Brumpton trading as SJB Pilates accepts no liability for any disruptions of the website.
12. Whilst Stephanie Brumpton trading as SJB Pilates and Mobility uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, we give no warranty or guarantee in this regard and all Users take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.

By performing any fitness programme on this Website without supervision you are performing them at your own risk neither Stephanie Brumpton or (Trading name) SJB Pilates and Mobility do not take any responsibility for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of these programmes or information shared on this Website, including emails, videos and text.
